Renewable Energy Expert

What is a renewable energy expert?  Renewable energy, often referred to as clean energy, comes from natural sources or processes that are constantly replenished. This could include solar, wind, biofuels, hydroelectric and geothermal energy.  The opposite is nonrenewable energy which would includes fossil fuels like oil, gas, and coal.  These take millions of years to develop and replenish, so there are very much a finite resource. So, why is renewable energy the future of the planet?  Did you know that if it could be properly harnessed, there’s enough sunlight that falls on the earth in just one hour to meet the world energy demands for a whole year? Did you know that biomass is currently the largest U.S. renewable energy source with more than 200 existing plants providing electricity for 1.5 million American homes?  Di dyou know that studies have show that renewable energy creates three times more jobs than fossil fuels. According to Clean Technica, “a national study showed that job creation in clean energy outdoes fossil fuels by a margin of 3-to-1 — every dollar put into clean energy creates three times as many jobs as putting that same dollar into oil and gas. With global warming and greenhouse gas emissions polluting the planet, it is important that we think long term and invest in our future.

The best renewable energy and biochemical consulting firms have experts in a wide variety of bioeconomy specialties, including all types of alternative energy and energy consultants.   These firms should also have experts in renewable fuels like ethanol fuel and diesel biodiesel, synthetic diesel, renewable chemicals, renewable electricity, biomass energy, feedstocks, biomass technologies, bioproducts, and all areas of sustainability, synthetic biology, emerging technologies, and waste management, as well as even more specialized things like algae biofuel, agitation systems, agricultural waste, bio oils, bio jet fuel, carbon accreditation, carbon capture, carbon credits, climate change analysis, emerging technologies, environmental permitting,  enzyme technologies, feedstock due diligence, financial due diligence, and glycerin related matters.  They should have teams of experts for all types of clean energy, green energy, renewable energy finance, and renewables and should be able to provide expertise for projects and be available to serve as expert witnesses in matters within the bioeconomy.

What do renewable energy experts or consultants do?  Renewable energy sources (RES) are ones that capture their energy from existing flows of energy, from on-going natural processes like sunshine, wind, flowing water, biological processes, and geothermal heat flows. Unlike fossil fuels such as petroleum that are exploited at rates that may deplete these resources in the near future, capturing renewable energy by plants, animals and humans does not permanently deplete the resource.  Renewable energy provides energy in many areas, primarily for the generation of electricity and in transportation (such as ethanol or biodiesel).

Renewable energy professionals encompass many different types of expertise.  Each has a background, education and experience in their area  of expertise.  Each will have a good working knowledge of the technological developments in the areas, and the ability to assist in project planning and development.
