EPA’s Renewable Volume Obligations

Mike McAdams, president of the Advanced Biofuels Association, gave an excellent presentation on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Renewable Volume Obligations, which determine how many gallons of cleaner-burning, renewable biofuels should be blended into each year’s fuel supply.
