Jane works with organizations seeking guidance on environmental programs and practices and new markets in waste management. She has performed more than 100 environmental due diligence reviews of waste-related businesses domestically and internationally. Her operating experience includes P&L responsibility for small waste-related businesses and operations in excess of $250MM annual revenue. Jane served as VP of Recycling for a major public waste management company, where she was responsible for oversight of the growth and operations of collection and processing activities across North America. Jane also founded an organic waste company dedicated to producing high-quality compost and soil mixes.
Jane has been called upon to testify at public hearings, engage the media, and testify to both house and senate subcommittees throughout her career. She held responsibility for strategic planning at Waste Management and was later asked by Amoco to better align their Environmental, Health, and Safety Department with operating group priorities. More recently, Jane has assisted companies and public officials to improve environmental standards for the oil and gas exploration and production waste service industry, including a recent project involving the siting and development of a waste disposal operation permitted to accept technically enhanced naturally occurring radioactive materials.
