Jason White, MBA
Jason White is CEO of LEC Partners, the world’s leading consulting firm dedicated to scaling innovation across the bioeconomy. He leads a global network of more than 150 subject matter experts who help clients commercialize breakthrough technologies in renewable fuels, sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), carbon capture, fermentation, food and feed innovation, waste-to-energy, green hydrogen, animal nutrition, bioplastics, and sustainable materials.
Under Jason’s leadership, LEC has supported hundreds of clients—from startups to Fortune 500 companies—by delivering strategic and technical guidance across the project lifecycle. His team provides critical services including federal and state funding support, techno-economic analysis, project development, due diligence, regulatory compliance, and operational oversight. Notable clients include Shell, Neste, Danimer Scientific, Hilmar Cheese, Itochu, and Carnival Corporation.
Jason brings over 30 years of global leadership experience in energy, healthcare, banking, fintech, and private equity. Before joining LEC, he advised the Board and CEO of a Swiss medical device company on venture funding negotiations. He developed the commercial strategy that led to product launches in 45 countries.
Previously, as Chief Marketing Officer of GE Capital Greater China, he managed marketing, strategy, and partnerships across healthcare, energy, and transportation lending, exceeding $500 million annually. He also structured a $100 million fund with State Grid, the world’s largest power company, and served as Managing Director of GE’s Management and Technology Consulting Company (GEMTC).
Jason holds an MBA from the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas and a BS from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
