Jason White, MBA
Jason White is the CEO of LEC Partners, the leading consulting firm dedicated to scaling innovation across the bioeconomy. He oversees a global network of more than 150 subject matter experts helping clients commercialize breakthrough technologies in industrial biotech, sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), carbon capture, fermentation, food and feed innovation, waste-to-energy, green hydrogen, bioplastics, and more.
Under Jason’s leadership, LEC has delivered strategic and technical support to hundreds of clients – from startups to Fortune 500s. His team provides critical services across the project lifecycle, including funding support, techno-economic analysis, project development, regulatory compliance, due diligence, and engineering oversight. Clients have included Shell, Neste, Hilmar Cheese, New Zealand Air, Itochu, and Carnival Corporation.
With over 30 years of international experience, Jason has led energy, healthcare, finance, fintech, and private equity ventures. Before LEC, he advised the CEO and board of a Swiss medtech company, guiding them through funding negotiations and global commercialization. Earlier in his career, he served as CMO for GE Capital Greater China, managing partnerships and strategy across healthcare, energy, and infrastructure portfolios exceeding $500 million annually. He also structured a $100M fund with State Grid, the world’s largest utility, and served as Managing Director of GE’s consulting division in Asia.
Jason holds an MBA from the Sam M. Walton College of Business and a BS from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
