Larry has 40 years of experience in commercializing and transferring new technology, in renewable fuels and chemicals, in bioprocessing, and as an expert witness. His business skills include M&A due diligence, international assignments, peer reviews, financial modeling, engineering, serving as a public company officer, oil & gas management, and full-scale commercialization. Much of his petroleum career was spent at Dresser Europe, Imperial Chemical Industries, Dupont Europe, and DuPont’s Conoco UK Ltd. His career spans more than 30 nations, with leadership in Project Management,

Larry served on the DOE and USDA Biomass Technical Advisory Committee and the EPA Science Advisory Board. He taught at The Citadel as an adjunct professor. He holds a B.A. from the University of Texas, an M.A. from Arizona State University, and completed additional graduate studies in geosciences at Texas A&M University. He authored the EPA RCRA Implementation Plan for the Texas Department of Water Resources.
