Ryan has held a variety of leadership roles in renewable and petroleum fuels, and commodities with Iowa Corn Growers, ADM, Casey’s General Stores, Flint Hills Resources, and Cargill during his 25-year career.

His most recent experience includes 15+ years in and around the fuel ethanol space leading co-product marketing for seven ethanol plants. Ryan was involved in due diligence activities for five plants. Ryan has extensive knowledge in ethanol production, markets for ethanol, carbon reduction strategies, RINS, Small refinery exemptions, sustainable aviation fuel, marine fuel possibilities, and policies in the renewable fuels space. Ryan also has a deep understanding of the motor fuel space having worked at Casey’s General Stores and brings connections to fuel retailers across the United States. Ryan also brings knowledge in the commodity trade, having worked at Cargill and ADM trading corn, soybeans, and soybean meal.

Ryan earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business from Iowa State University. Ryan also served honorably in the United States Army. Contact Ryan.
