Audrey Roberts is a strategy, sales, and sustainability leader with more than 15 years of experience driving cross-functional transformation initiatives across large healthcare systems and global technology organizations. Her work focuses on translating complex technical, operational, and sustainability challenges into executable strategies that deliver measurable business and impact outcomes.
After completing a dual MBA/M.S. in Sustainability, Audrey pivoted from technology consulting into a fractional sustainability leadership role for an early-stage compostable packaging company advancing corn-based, circular packaging materials. In this role, she advises on sustainability strategy, metrics, and regulatory considerations, and supports go-to-market efforts by translating environmental performance data into credible, customer-relevant value propositions.
Previously, Audrey held senior strategy and client leadership roles at Cisco Systems and HCA Healthcare, where she led enterprise transformation initiatives spanning digital health, AI-enabled workflows, automation, and large-scale operational modernization. Her work included de-risking more than $2B in renewals through data-driven adoption programs, launching new solutions in highly regulated healthcare environments, delivering multi-million-dollar efficiency gains, and developing business cases for telehealth and service line expansion.
Audrey is an Adjunct Professor in Lipscomb University’s M.S. in Sustainability program, where she teaches graduate-level coursework on sustainability metrics and circular economy principles. She holds an MBA/M.S. in Sustainability from Lipscomb University and a B.S. in Economics with a minor in German from Vanderbilt University, with additional international study experience in Germany, Austria, and Guatemala.
