Matt has spent 30+ years as a plastics engineer in various engineering and technical sales roles. During the initial decade, he worked for custom thermoplastic injection molding manufacturers, where he designed injection molds, managed mold construction, developed thermoplastic injection molding processes for new production launches, resolved production issues, oversaw new product launches, and implemented engineering changes for a diverse range of customers and applications.

In the past 20 years, Matt has held various engineering sales roles, aiding in solving customer problems related to the development and production of thermoplastic parts. He collaborated with customers across all market sectors, focusing on developing plastic parts that met objectives such as cost savings, improved performance, light weighting, paint elimination, transitioning from metal to plastics, converting from glass to plastics, part consolidation, and enhancing production efficiency.
