His technical leadership spans decarbonization, low-carbon hydrogen, renewable natural gas, lithium extraction, and utility-scale energy storage. He has successfully designed and deployed multiple pilot and demonstration plants, accelerating technology commercialization and de-risking investment decisions. In his most recent role as Senior Technical Advisor at LithiumBank Resources, he led strategic initiatives in subsurface reservoir modeling, economic assessments, and the integration of geothermal and CCUS solutions. His portfolio also includes feedstock diversification, technical due diligence for fuel production assets, and infrastructure acquisition strategies.

Viraj holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Canada.
