David Langer has focused on supporting companies with sustainable & renewable projects with over 35 years of experience in driving strategic planning, engineering, operational excellence, and innovation in enhanced circularity, sustainability, renewable energy, and waste management projects. He specializes in supporting companies designing, permitting, constructing, commissioning, and operating dynamic material processing operations. These processing operations have been designed to produce various material production streams, including organic, biogenic, plastic, and carbon rich feedstocks for conversion technologies including waste to fuel, energy, & sustainable thermal plastic, plastics to fuel and energy, as well as designing and expanding operational processing with AI sorting technologies for enhanced separation.
David provides operational knowledge to support companies in assessing decisions from processing equipment, specific end-product design, material characterization and analysis, securing feedstock materials, and system commissioning. He specializes in operational production analysis, employee training, health and safety practices, environmental compliance, comprehensive maintenance programs, and creating budgets and key performance indicators.
