Minilek has been actively involved in Ethiopia’s agriculture, seed, and cooperative sectors for the past 25 years. He has held various positions across different companies, focusing on the Ethiopian seed system, agriculture, and cooperatives, particularly in research implementation and project activity monitoring. Over the past five years, as the owner of a consulting firm, he has led numerous projects in agriculture and energy-related sectors. His work has included conducting baseline surveys, biomass assessments in refugee contexts, M&E, nutrition, input supply, WASH, and research on technology adoption for over 15 international organizations.
