Kenneth has been responsible for growing the US Bioeconomy / Renewable department for a large employee-owned broker called IMA since 2016. They now insure more than $14,000,000,000 in total insured value out of this department. His Bioeconomy portfolio includes Ethanol, Renewable Natural Gas, Biodiesel, Renewable Diesel, Solar, Wind, Battery Storage and large grain/animal manufacturing operations to include Cannabis (Hemp and Marijuana). He has worked with public, private and PE backed organizations. He also has extensive experience within group captives and programs which includes an ethanol captive that IMA helped build and still manages for the ethanol industry. This captive represents nearly half of the total U.S. ethanol production.
Kenneth has been in the Bioeconomy & Power business for his entire twelve-year career in a variety of roles to include Controller, Human Resources, Compliance Risk Management and Business Development. He spent seven years with an EPC contractor building large industrial facilities and the last five years as a broker for IMA. He has spent 10 years in total with employee-owned organizations where he has built a passion for employee-ownership and why that matters to employees and customers alike. He graduated with honors at Pittsburg State University where he played varsity football and graduated the ROTC program before joining the Army National Guard as a commissioned officer.
