J.D. Creedon, MBA
J.D. Creedon is a Managing Director at LEC Partners, bringing over 30 years of experience in building, scaling, and leading high-growth companies. He specializes in helping both emerging ventures and established firms navigate strategic growth, operational complexity, and investment readiness.
Before joining LEC Partners, J.D. was part of the founding team at Hospital IQ, a healthcare operations software company, where he played a key role in business development and helped lead the company to a successful exit. Earlier in his career, he helped launch GlassHouse Technologies, a global IT consulting firm delivering data center strategy and services. At GlassHouse, he led federal sector expansion, built strategic partner ecosystems, and integrated five international acquisitions across Europe and the Middle East.
At LEC, J.D. works closely with clients ranging from startups to global institutions, including Orion Infrastructure Capital (OIC) and the Asian Development Bank. His work spans project development, due diligence, investment strategy, and execution support—particularly in industrial biotech, clean energy, sustainable materials, and large-scale infrastructure.
He holds an MBA from the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, where he was a Park Fellow, and a BA in Philosophy and Economics from Trinity College-Hartford.
