Erin has spent a decade in controlled environment agriculture and consulting, recently combining the two to specialize in supporting scale-ups, corporations, and investment funds to develop next-generation food projects. She most recently co-led the creation of a sales team at a European Series A vertical farming technology company – one of the few still standing. Before that, she worked in an internal consulting role at Gotham Greens, a leading US FMCG greenhouse operator who has raised +$430M, where she covered digitization, forecasting, and fundraising. She started her career in management consulting at Applied Predictive Technologies (acquired by Mastercard), advising clients across the Fortune 500 on data-driven decision-making.
Erin holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Dartmouth College. Her time at HBS was spent in the leadership of the Sustainability and Food/Ag clubs and the development of Tough Tech and Climate Tech offerings. At Dartmouth, she graduated with Honors in Environmental Studies following two years of research in Integrated Food Energy Systems and aquaponics. Contact Erin.
