Turul holds a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering from ETH Zurich, Switzerland. He is an extremely detail-oriented project delivery professional with two decades of experience setting up and running complex industrial manufacturing processes. His specialties are in the design, integration, and implementation of processes for industrial-scale production as well as operational improvements and cost reductions.

Turul has worked for Toshiba in Japan, in the UK metal-working heavy-industry, for Prodrive setting up and running three composites manufacturing plants. During the last 15 years he has worked exclusively in plastics recycling, setting up and managing several large-scale plastics recycling plants, focusing on hard-to-recycle plastics.
