J.D. has spent his 30-year career focused exclusively on starting and growing small companies. Prior to joining Lee Enterprises Consulting, J.D. was part of the founding team of Hospital IQ, a hospital operations software firm, and was instrumental in helping to achieve a very successful exit.

J.D. was also a member of the founding team at GlassHouse Technologies, a technology consulting firm that provided data center information technology (IT) consulting, implementation, and managed services in North America, Europe, and the Middle East. His experience at GlassHouse included building GlassHouse’s strategic partner and federal businesses and integrating five acquisitions across Europe and the Middle East. 

J.D. earned an M.B.A. from the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, where he was a Park Fellow, and a B.A. in Philosophy and Economics from Trinity College-Hartford. Contact J.D.
