Lowell E. Howard, P.E.
Lowell has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington, and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Washington, Oregon, California, Florida. He holds four patents covering the design and implementation of both regenerable and fixed bed siloxane removal processes and is the owner and developer of a system that produces RNG from Biogas, using chemical extraction, rather than traditional membranes or PSA Systems. Lowell is also the developer of ASME process vessels for extraction of products from Marijuana. He has decades of experience in fiberglass process vessels, including design, fabrication, installation, and startups, and was with the first company to utilize fiberglass vessels in the biogas recovery industry for sulfur and siloxane removal processes.
Lowell has a 20 year work history in the biogas recovery industry, including preparation of biogas for fuel cells, and has done many projects for landfills, waste water treatment plants, and dairy industries and farms.
